Warranty Coverage: At the manufacturer's discretion. Limited warranty covers replacement parts and labour if the heater is installed with a pool or spa. The Applicable Warranty Period is two (2) years from the Purchase Date for labour, two (2) years from the Purchase Date for parts and five (5) years on the Titanium Heat Exchanger. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper water chemistry. The warranty will be void if the heater is not installed by a licensed technician, or the heater has been installed on a soft sided pool. Please see the product manual for specific warranty details.

I don't have any experience with other pool heaters as this is my first pool, but this system is slick, it took my pool (15' round-52" deep) from 74F-85F in two hours, It's super quiet and easy to use. I'd like to find a remote/Bluetooth controller for it next to control all the parts of my system from my phone. I installed it myself but you need to be comfortable with some fairly advanced electrical work or have a friend who can give you guidance. Pro-tip you will need a two-wire 8 gauge for this project which is costly and difficult to manage the small terminals on the unit meant that I had to fork the strands to get them to fit, which IMO is a design flaw with a unit that needs 8 gauge wire and a 40 amp breaker. If you're wondering what it costs to install, I put mine about 15 linear feet from our panel and it cost just over 250 CNDN to install but I did the work myself. The further you put the pump from your Pannel the more expensive it will be. In my case, the cost savings on the pump cable meant I was further from my pool which required a longer hose to be trenched to the pool, but in the end, it was all worth it!

It works perfectly! Extremely quiet even at full speed and the variable speed is excellent for being as silent as possible. Easy set-up - attach pipes connect power. Internal thermostat, low-flow cut-off, and automated defrost makes everything simple. Note that as it is a heat pump, heating performance drops with low outdoor temperatures and not really effective below 10C.
