Warranty Coverage: Clear Solar Covers come with a 6 Year Limited Prorated Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer of this cover warrants this cover against defects in the seam, on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the cover is damaged as a result of improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover punctures, tears, excessive abrasion, pest damage or chemical damage. Warranty also does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Start a Warranty Claim:To begin a claim please email customerservice@poolsuppliescanada.ca with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your Clear Solar Cover and include a brief explanation of what occurred.

Extended Warranty Details*: The limited extended warranty comes into effect on the date the original purchase exceeds the 1st (first) year. We commit to replacing the cover during the extended warranty period if it fails under normal use without the coverage of repair. This warranty covers only seam separations and manufacturing defects for the duration of the extended warranty period. 1 year extended warranty will offer 100% replacement coverage during the 2nd season of ownership; 2 year extended warranty will offer 100% replacement coverage during the 2nd OR 3rd season of ownership. Limited extended warranty coverage does not cover any travel time or labour costs associated with the determination of a defect, diagnostics, or repair.
* Note: extended warranty coverage does not begin until after the included manufacturer warranty term has ended.
Very happy with how this cover heats the pool in summer and retains the heat from the heater over night. I would say the durability isn't quite what I was expecting as it has lasted 2 seasons and started to tear and fray at the beginning of the 3rd season. Chemicals have always been in balance as I use a Taylor testing kit. Will be checking on warranty to see what is covered but for the price I was expecting a little more durability vs the cheaper options offered.
Great Quality, my old cover was too light weight and blew off my pool all the time, this one stays put and works great.

Wow I really like this clear cover, left it on for a couple days before swimming and the water was noticeably much warmer, the temp jump from 62 to 72 and its not summer yet still we are the first week of May.
