The manufacturer warrants their steps against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover fading, discolouration, staining, damage or damage as a result of improper use of a Salt-Chlorine Generator, improper maintenance, damage caused by ice, or improper installation. This warranty will be void if not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions. Start a Warranty Claim: To begin a claim please email customerservice@poolsuppliescanada.ca with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your Performance Step and include a brief explanation of what occurred.
