Warranty Coverage: Confer Above Ground Pool Steps come with a 5 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their steps against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if this step is damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. The step must be removed from the pool and stored in a dry place for the winter. Not for use with inflatable or soft-sided pools.
Good and solid and right height
This product is a game changer for larger above ground pools - Ours is 12' X 24' X54 inches deep, We feelso much safer going in and out of our pool, it has made our summer pool time so stress free. With the lader system,we were always leary of our guests falling or having the ladder collapse. These stairs are safe and so sturdy for heavier adults (280 pounds so far), older people with mobility issues and especially smaller children.. Highly recomment purchasing.
