Warranty Coverage: DPL Pool Accessories Vacuum Equipment comes with a 30 Day Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their vacuum equipment against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the vacuum equipment is damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Start a Warranty Claim:To begin a claim please email customerservice@poolsuppliescanada.ca with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your DPL Pool Accessories Vacuum Equipment and include a brief explanation of what occurred.
After 4 years, bristles fall out every time I use this brush. Brush is stored in a deck box out of the sun when not in use. I hoped to get a little better life out of this brush. Those bristles are pointy little suckers if you step on one!
