Pros My first above ground pool and my first installation. Spent all winter watching youtube videos and reading then rereading the instructions. The installation went well and the pool went up with few issues that where not self inflicted. The secret is in the small details with the base setup and layout. The instructions keep stressing remeasuring the layout as you work through the install and if you do this you should have no problems. Few if any parts required "massaging" for correct fit and the hardware package was complete. The layout of the parts in the boxes made it easy to find parts for each related step. If something does not lineup, stop and review what you've done because you've missed something. Cons The MFG made a change in the use of some self tapping machine steel sheet metal screws. They included a separate hardware package with self tappng screws (stainless steel) with an amendment that they be used as a replacement for the original machine steel screws. The problem is the predrilled pilot holes used for these slightly heavier gauged screws were to small and many times the heads of the screws would break off. Try drilling out a broken stainless steel stud . Better care should be made in the quality of the printed instructions. They almost look like copies made from past photocopies. Even the online printable version has the same issue. Photos that need to show detailed assembly are fuzzy and lack contrast.
