Warranty Coverage: Feherguard Solar Reel Systems come with a 1 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty on parts. The manufacturer warrants their solar reel systems against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the solar reel system becomes damaged as a result of improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.

A few points - overall I am happy with this roller for the price; it definitely makes the pool easier to cover / uncover and seems to roll easily so far. I have a 27' pool and bought the 24-28' roller system, and it does sag a bit already (with 8 mil cover). The instructions are confusing as they have one set for all sizes they sell, but it's not hard to put together once you sort through that. I really wish given all the extra pieces they provide for different sizes and setups that you could get one end without the turn handle. I have the standard white fence around 60% of my pool and the handle on the fence side had to be cut off for the roller to turn.
