Warranty Coverage: GLI Solar Reel Tubes come with a 5 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty on parts. The manufacturer warrants their solar reel tubes against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the solar reel tube becomes damaged as a result of improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Start a Warranty Claim:To begin a claim please email customerservice@poolsuppliescanada.ca with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your GLI Solar Reel Tube and include a brief explanation of what occurred.

This pool reel is very sturdy and good quality. Easy to set up. The only thing i would do differently is have more holes in the base to set the reel on an angle.
