Warranty Coverage: Vinyl Works Grand Entry Pool Steps come with a 5 Year Prorated Manufacturer's Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their steps against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the steps are damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. The step must be removed from the pool water during the winter. Not for use with inflatable or soft-sided pools.
We love these stairs. Fairly easy set up but make sure you read all the directions before you put it into the pool because we missed a step and that was a pain you do need to add weight to the stairs in order for it to stay submerged securely which we didn’t know so we assembled them read that we needed the weight but have put them in the pool at this point without it so it is useable without the weight but it’s not completely secure. My dogs can now get in and out of our pool as well which I think is so cool.
