Warranty Coverage: Hayward Parts come with a 1 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer warrants these parts against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if these parts are damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Installed the shaft seal as instructed,cleaned the shaft as instructed and was wearing rubber gloves during install. However the pump is still leaking. Removed and installed the seal thereafter a few times. Same result which is frustrating.
