The Hayward Universal H-Series Low NOx is designed specifically for either a positive-pressure or negative-pressure venting system, both have their own factors that determine which one is the best fit.

Positive is based toward a more horizontal venting system, however can be applied either horizontal or vertical, where the heat rises less and therefore causes more condensation that will cause rusting, and possible damage to the pipe.

Warranty Coverage: Heater Accessories come with a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their accessories against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the accessory becomes damaged as a result of improper installation or use. This warranty does not cover labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
