Works perfectly well and does all the functions as setup with it's app (linked via bluetooth) on my inground kidney shaped pool. Until after weeks of heavy 2x day use, one of the connection charging pole got corroded and broke (see pic). The vendor and seller were both very prompt in providing customer support and sending a replacement unit under it's warranty. Kudos to you guys for excellent customer and warranty support! A suggestion to prevent recurrence of the charging pole corrosion and subsequent breakage, is to apply a silicone paste (as in picture) at least every 2 weeks or so depending on use. Now I'm looking forward to it's long term dependable use. Highly recommended.
My cleaner worked okay for the first few times and now it’s not picking up dirt on the bottom of the pool. I’ve tried setting up the app, but it is very difficult to figure it out. I set it to clean the bottom only and it still spends all its time on the sides. Any advice would be appreciated.

I got this with good intent. It worked great! It picks up everything in its path! Even little toys! I used it for almost two years then it stopped working out of nowhere. I contacted them and they where happy to receive the information they needed from me and I got a new one coming. I’m very happy with the service. Thank you!
Thrilled with this new unit. After looking at many different options without a cord and skeptical of its effectiveness, I have to say well worth the money. We do not have a large pool, but I wanted no cord, had to climb ramp from deep end to shallow end plus climbs walls. I charged it for 3-4 hours after opening the pkg. Put into pool and ran 1.5 hrs plus. GARBAGE AND ALGAE in the basket was incredible. Charging again to finish off the job. Only issue is connecting to App on phone, but don't really need and I am sure will connect after following instructions properly. Fingers crossed this little unit works for years. My husband is also thrilled with it too
Love it. Put it in and go for walk and when I get back pool bottom and sides of round pool are clean. Really does a great job on small particles that you can't see from the side of the pool. Recharge and it's good to go.
Fantastic robotic pool cleaner. Drop it in. Walk away. Come back to a clean pool. Take it out. Charge it. Start over tomorrow. Simple. Perfect. So glad I bought this little technological gem. Cheers!
Cleans ok but gets stuck on my bottom drains. Also you need to be careful handling it cause it seems to be made from cheap plastic. Don’t see the access door to basket lasting a long time. Not sure the cordless convenience is worth the compromise of quality.
I was a little apprehensive buying this little unit since there were virtually no reviews of it at the time, but having used it daily for 2 weeks now, I am quite happy with it. I have a hump-backed kidney shaped pool and it seems to do a very good job of cleaning the bottom despite the irregular shape. I do have it set to clean the walls as well, but I'm not too sure about that function as it seems to favour certain wall sections and never gets to others, but wall cleaning isn't that important to me. Since it is cordless there isn't any way to communicate with it and so you just have to wait until it finishes its cycle and parks itself, usually about an hour and a half. Some of the plastic it is made of seems a bit flimsy, especially the door that gives access to basket, but I think if it doesn't get abused too badly it should last for at least the 2 years of warranty coverage.
Works great. Love that there is no cords!
