Warranty Coverage: NorthFlo Hot Tubs come with a 1 year cabinet, 3 year parts / labour / plumbing / electrical, 5 year surface, and limited lifetime structural warranty. The manufacturer warrants these Hot Tubs and components against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the Hot Tub or any components are damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. Warranty does not cover any labour charges (outside of the specified warranty period), cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.

Disclaimer: Hot tubs are non-returnable. In the event of an issue, the customer is responsible for finding a service technician. The manufacturer will provide replacement parts once the technician confirms the parts needed. The customer is also responsible for having the technician install the parts. Please note, the warranty covers up to 1 hour of labour, and the cost for this labour is determined by the manufacturer, not based on the technician's service fees.
