Warranty Coverage: Oasis Pool Steps come with a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their steps against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if this step is damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. The step must be removed from the pool and stored in a dry place for the winter. Not for use with inflatable or soft-sided pools.
Start a Warranty Claim: To begin a claim please email customerservice@poolsuppliescanada.ca with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your Oasis Pool Steps and include a brief explanation of what occurred.

Great steps. Easy to install and remove for winter. Several options for installing the hand rails. The steps work really well for me.
Delivery was excellent,stairs look good in the pool,to assemble the product takes two people as the bolts and nuts to hard to tighten with one person,also the hole where the sand goes in should maybe on one end as it is hard to put up to 100lbs in where the hole is situated.Other than that product looks good when completed.
Very pleased with the speedy delivery. Product is great.
