Warranty Coverage: Performance Steps come with a Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their steps against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover fading, discolouration, staining, damage or damage as a result of improper use of a Salt-Chlorine Generator, improper maintenance, damge caused by ice, or improper installation. This warranty will be void if not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.
