Warranty Coverage: Polaris Robotic Pool Cleaners come with a 2 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer warrants this cleaner against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the equipment used to operate this cleaner is not compatible. Warranty does not cover the cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.

This is the greatest pool thing I have purchased. Should have had one years ago. Awesome product and cleans the pool better than using the old skimmer type. Tks.
I left a 3 star review about the product below. I just want to add that I reached out to Polaris regarding warranty (called Fluidra) and they have yet to get back to me (it's been over a month) so reached out to this company. Olivia and Shelby were awesome. They are shipping me a new one and paid for return of other. Maybe I got a one off because I do love this robot. But I have to say I have been buying online from here for a while and never had any issues with the company. They are awesome and I am so happy they came through for me. So I would suggest buying product because the customer service was fantastic and they rectified my situation after I sent details about the issue so you know they will help out if there are issues with products they sell.
I loved this robot when I got it. But I purchased end of season 2020 and this season 2022 I keep getting an error message. I have done the troubleshooting suggested to no avail. It moves for a bit and stops. So after one whole season (pool opened may to sep 2021) of use, it's looking like I will have to get it repaired and buy parts possibly related to the wheels. 3 stars because I would expect doing this for a pool robot, but not after only one season of use and a month of another.
This is my first pool cleaner. i wish i would have purchased sooner, cleans and climbs walls. i have a grecian stlye pool. and the rounded corners are a bit dificult to climb but it does everything as well as i could expect
