Warranty Coverage: Polaris Robotic Pool Cleaners come with a 2 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. The manufacturer warrants this cleaner against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the equipment used to operate this cleaner is not compatible. This warranty does not cover the cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.

This little guy is bomb. And delivery in 42 hours.
Bought this unit for this season. Does a fantastic job. Cleans the pool floor and scales the walls. Does a decent job on stairs too. Easy to clean and operate. Only negative, can get stuck on main drain. Definitely gets the job done and worth every penny.
I spent countless hours researching and speaking to many representatives from pool companies. We have a small fiberglass pool (Leisure Pool, Tuscany model). I like many things about this cleaner, reasonably priced in comparison to other models, a track system, clear cover to see the dirt, large handle, and a good long power cord. Your team was outstanding, very knowledgeable and professional. I ordered the cleaner on-line and received it within two days. It is still to cold to clean the pool, however I will submit an additional review when its up and operational.
I find this product impressive. It cleans my pool top to bottom and shows just how much I have been missing when using my old hand vacuum system. The only thing is that it cannot do all three stairs but will do the bottom step. I think this has to do with water level possibly. I also like that it saves on the need to backwash and clean pump filters!
