Use Pool Supplies Canada's Quick Dissolving Alkajuster to raise the total alkalinity levels of your pool water - sold in an 8 kg pail. This is the ideal size to purchase, as a large volume of Alkajuster is required when adjusting the acidity level of pool water.

Alkajuster is a buffer product that raises the alkalinity of pool water, in order to maintain proper chemical balance. Proper alkalinity will stop pH level from bouncing and reduce your chlorine consumption. Maintain a total alkalinity level between 100 - 120.

Directions for Use:

Alkajuster is totally soluble and may be sprinkled directly into the swimming pool water or pre-dissolve in water before application

Spread evenly around the perimeter in the deep end

180g of Alkajuster will raise the total alkalinity of 10,000 L of pool water by 10 ppm; wait at least 2 hours after application before taking another reading

Proper alkalinity for swimming pools using bromine should be 120 - 1500 ppm, or 100 - 125 ppm for swimming pools using chlorine

For whirlpools, spas and hot tubs, maintain a total alkalinity reading of 100-150 ppm

pH levels of commercial Spas should remain between 7.2 - 7.6
