Features and Specifications:
This unit is not compatible with soft-sided pools (Intex, Coleman, Bestway) due to insufficient flow rate. Installing this unit on a soft-sided pool voids product warranty.
Warranty Coverage: At the manufacturer's discretion. Limited warranty covers replacement parts, if the heater is installed with a pool or spa. The Applicable Warranty Period is two (2) years from the Purchase Date. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper water chemistry. The warranty will be void if the heater is not installed by a licensed technician, or the heater has been installed on a soft sided pool. Please see product manual for specific warranty details.
Residential Heaters (all R410A models excluding the Professional Series): If the Heater is installed in a single family residential dwelling, the Applicable Warranty Periods are: one (1) years for labour and two (2) years for parts, with no labour coverage in the second year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the titanium tube component of the titanium heat exchanger is warranted for 7 years from the Effective Date, with no labour coverage in the second through seventh years. If the Heater is installed anywhere other than a single family residential dwelling, the Applicable Warranty Period for the Heater and its parts is limited to only one (1) year, parts and labour.

Absolutely love dealing with poolsuppliescanada. Shipping is always fast. Customer service is fantastic and the heat pump works like a charm.
We love this unit, Installed the heat pump myself early July and installation was straight forward. Have an electrician install the 20 amp disconnect. Plumbing can be done by anyone who is a bit handy. Unit worked flawlessly, Don't expect instant heat. I have a 18' round pool with a deck that surrounds the entire pool. We always had issues trying to get the pool temperature above 75 F even in the hottest summer. With this heat pump It took my pool temperature from 67F to 80 F in less then 12 hours. This is going to extend our pool season by a month or more. The hotter the day the better the heat pump will work. It will be interesting to see how well the unit will work in the fall when the outside temperatures drop below 60F.
Very Happy with our Ray Pak Crosswind 50,000 BTU Heat Pump, Quiet unit and heats our pool with no problem. I recommend this product very nice looking too.
