This unit is not compatible with soft-sided pools (Intex, Coleman, Bestway) due to insufficient flow rate. Installing this unit on a soft-sided pool voids product warranty.

Warranty Coverage: At the manufacturer's discretion. Limited warranty covers replacement parts, if the heater is installed with a pool or spa. The Applicable Warranty Period is one (1) year from the Purchase Date. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper water chemistry. The warranty will be void if the heater is not installed by a licensed technician, or the heater has been installed on a soft sided pool. Please see product manual for specific warranty details.

Residential Heaters (all R410A models excluding the Professional Series): If the Heater is installed in a single family residential dwelling, the Applicable Warranty Periods are: one (1) years for labour and two (2) years for parts, with no labour coverage in the second year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the titanium tube component of the titanium heat exchanger is warranted for 7 years from the Effective Date, with no labour coverage in the second through seventh years. If the Heater is installed anywhere other than a single family residential dwelling, the Applicable Warranty Period for the Heater and its parts is limited to only one (1) year, parts and labour.
