All hot tub covers are custom made - please see above for expected delivery time. Spa covers with any dimension(s) larger than 96 inches will be subject to additional oversized manufacturing charges.

Our hot tub covers are shipped as "No Signature Required" in order to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner. Due to the large size of finished hot tub covers, we are unable to ship them to any P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you are providing a physical delivery location during check out to prevent any delays in shipping your new cover to you.

Warranty Coverage: HST Fabricating Custom Hot Tub Covers come with a 1 Year Limited Prorated Manufacturers Warranty. Tears, punctures, damage caused by excessive abrasion and damage due to natural causes are not a manufacturing defect, thus not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
