2. Download and fill out the Cover Doctor Replacement Form (click here to download) or download it from the "Manuals" tab on this page
3. Print off the replacement cover form, complete it, and place it in the box along with your old safety cover (note that you must remove all hardware before packing the cover)
4. Use the pre-paid shipping label to send the box back to us with all cover hardware removed, and once it's been received and processed, we'll provide you with a replacement cover quote!
