Warranty Coverage: Basic Blue Winter Covers come with a 8 Year Limited Prorated Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer of this cover warrants this cover against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the cover is damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice, wind, low water level or damage caused by animals. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.

I don't expect much from this cover except to keep the debris out over the winter months, I have concluded that is the main goal of these winter covers. Last year I had a leak in my pool so the water drained out over the winter. The cover shredded from the weight of the snow and ice but I believe if it had not been a cheap cover it may instead have pulled my pools walls in. So is it cheap? Yes, but I'm okay with that. Having said that, I bought the same cheap cover again this year but was very disappointed in the packaging. Several of the grommets (eyelets) for threading the line through were bent beyond what a pair of pliers could do to fix them. I'm not okay with that. I didn't call them as I expect they'd want me to send it back and I don't have time for all that bother. So, make sure you purchase ahead so you have time to check the packaging and rectify any packaging issues.
Excellent! This is our 2nd experience with your company and both have been excellent. The winter cover arrived exactly on time and included all the materials necessary to have it on in about 45 minutes. The first experience was last summer when we ordered the pool liner. It didn't want to install as it should have and a quick email resulted in us being told that the manufacturer had some trouble with the flexibility (stretch) of that particular liner. The result was another, more costly liner, being delivered three days later at no additional cost to us. We are now customers for life.
Ok for the price. Used for 2 winters. After second winter the underside shedded, little black fibers. Fortunately I use skimmer socks it did not take long to clean the water.

While I paid less than i did for the previous cover , this one seems overly light weight. It seems a very thin weave I am skeptical that it will last for multiple seasons. I hope I am wrong. .
