Warranty Coverage: This Solar Reel System comes with a 5 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty on parts. The manufacturer warrants their solar reel systems against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the solar reel system becomes damaged as a result of improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Start a Warranty Claim:To begin a claim please email customerservice@poolsuppliescanada.ca with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your Solar Reel Base and include a brief explanation of what occurred.
I wish I can leave a better review but unfortunately we are very disappointed. Please know that this has to be screwed into your deck, patio stones, or interlock or it will tumble over no questions asked! Flimsy!! So now we will have to figure out what will be the most attractive option to drill into our patio stones. This was not what we signed up for. The product was very deceiving!! My rant!!
