Steps for Use:

1. Prepare the Pipe: Clean both the pipe and fitting to ensure they are free from dust, oil, and other contaminants that may affect adhesion.
2. Apply the Glue: Using a clean applicator, apply a thin, even layer of IPS 795 Flex Glue to both the pipe and the fitting surfaces.
3. Join the Pipe and Fitting: Insert the pipe into the fitting immediately, giving it a slight twist to spread the glue evenly.
4. Press and Hold: Hold the pipe and fitting in place for 10-15 seconds to allow the bond to set.
5. Allow to Cure: Allow the bond to cure for at least 15 minutes before handling. Full curing time is 24 hours before the system can be used under normal water pressure.

Warranty Coverage: Weld-On (IPSCO) Plumbings & Fittings come with a 30 Day Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their plumbings & fittings against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the plumbing/fitting is damaged as a result of improper installation or use, or if damage is a result of ice. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
