Love our new Hayward 150000 BTU pool heater. My 5600 gal pool was a frozen hockey puck at the start of May. 36 hours later we were swimming in 90 degree water. Thanks for the great products and quick delivery!

This year (April) we bought a propane gas heater for our pool. The former one lasted 9 years. We had it installed in may and 2 weeks later is was leaking we contacted Pool supplies that contacted the manufacturer for warranty. After several calls in a period of two to three weeks we got a replacement part that we got installed 2 weeks later it was still leaking again after several calls from Greg to the manufacturer they told us to have a technician check it out and him phone the manufacturer. (technician out on holiday 2 weeks) diagnostic leaking a same place again defect in parts. Greg at Pool supplies took decision to replace the whole unit either by same product or one of other brand. We decided to go with other brand with excellent follow up service and we got another water heater. We have to say that Pool Supplies Canada and their staffs gives a excellent customer service and if we had to give them a medal it would be GOLD.

Had a new liner made for my octagonal shaped pool and ordered a winter cover, cove pieces, rhino mat and it came right than they said it would and the liner fit beautifully. My “new” pool looks awesome and only $40.00 for delivery! Such wonderful service and high quality yet low prices that can't be found anywhere.. Just a quick note to say THANK YOU for the great experience with your company. I was looking for a robotic pool cleaner and after looking on a lot of sites, mostly from the USA, I came across your company. Just to mention this was Sunday morning, so I decided that I would go ahead and order it but with a request to pick it up Monday morning. Low and behold I got a response right back saying they had finalized the order and yes they could accommodate the Monday request. I went over about 10:00 and walked and was greeted by the shipper and he said.” oh yes your order is right here, Sir,” and had me out the door in 10 minutes with a warm smile.

I must say that with the decision to buy on line, which saved me a lot of money, to the time when I picked it up , less then 24 hours I was completely satisfied with the level of communication, quick responses and friendly, online and in person, representatives.
