We purchased this little pool cleaner we affectionately call R2 , at least 8 years ago . I felt the need to post . Seldom is a product live up to its price . This little guy saves so much labour and time. Set the controls , and let her rip. Usually 2 cleans is all you need to do , and we get a ton of debris in our pool ( pine tree is right beside the pool) “R2” has been worth every penny . And you get free shipping. I would buy this little guy again , and don’t worry he is worth the money!

Pricey pool cleaner, but so far well worth the investment. Bought it in the fall and used it to clean out the leaves before the freeze and snow came. It did a great job after a few passes. I'm hoping that during the summer this will be more effective with less in the pool. Love the automatic features to just set it and leave it.

Love it, especially with the extra fine basket as we live in an area near forest fires and a lot of burnt material drifted in on the wind. The pool looked spotless after a few rounds of the P945.

So far so good. Very happy with this product. Excellent for when your closing the pool for the winter because you don't have to rely on the skimmer to operate your vacuum any more. Just lower the water level and if any debris at the bottom of pool.... through in your robot to clean it up.

This is fantastic....no fuss, no mass! Should have bought one a long time ago.
Set up in minutes and cleaning is fast too....keep the cord organized and then there is no problem.
Filter is so easy to clean too. Just put debris on your compost pile and wash out gently with garden hose.
We do not have stairs in the pool, i just lift out ladders. Easy, peasy....

easy to use, easy to clean. Does a good job even on the waterline BUT misses spots every now and again. The "artificial intelligence" could have been better as it sometimes goes twice in the same spot and missing others altogether.

On my second year with this cleaner, very happy with the unit.
Cleans very well, but would recommend the optional sand/silt filter for the best results.

This little cleaner is fantastic! We have a fibreglass pool and spa to keep clean and this unit cleans like a dream. Well designed and well thought out. Super easy to pull filter out and hose off.
The only issue we had was it would get high cantered on steps that were 12" long. I fixed this by gluing on 2 small rectangular furniture slides. Works great.
Our filter lasted about 9 months before it blew out. But for the amount of cleaning it accomplished before needing replacement was acceptable.

This cleaner works great. I've only had it for a month so it's too early to tell how it will perform in the long run, but so far I'm very pleased. It cleans the whole pool up to and above the waterline, easy to empty the debris, solidly made and easy to take out of the pool and store. The only minor hassle is the the cord needs to be untangled now and then. It does not swivel at either end so it's inevitable that it will tangle, although a lot less than earlier models. Polaris needs to address this issue, then they will have the perfect robotic pool cleaner.

My wife and I like having this cleaner a lot, it does an exceptional job, nothing left on the pool floor at all. The cart helps for easy storage ... somewhat expensive but in the end well worth it.
