Best choice I`v made in years. We had a real mess this year because of flooding(mud and debris) . We just kept running the Robot and keeping it clean. Our pool is now in the best condition it has been in years.

May 2022, used my new Dolfin Premium cleaner for the first time, what a neat way to clean my 16x32kidney shape pool! I am absolutely pleased with this robotic cleaner, set up was easy for Bluetooth and Wifi and this cleaner performed as advertised. Thanks, you have never let mr down and again have been great.

I have been using this cleaner for a year now under really dirty circumstances ( lots of polymeric sand and concrete dust, etc.) getting into the pool. I am extremely pleased with its cleaning power - especially the fine filters that were included when I purchased it. It is a great cleaner and I highly recommend it. I only use the fine filters as I do not get many leaves in my pool but certainly a lot of fine fine materials. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and this is great machine at a very fair price point. Overall, I have a very light liner that shows every dot of debris on my walls and pool floor. THIS robot gets the job done! Highly recommend.

The cleaner itself works very well as a standalone unit. I have yet been able to pair a cell phone to the controller and use the app to manually control it to cover any missed spots..

Works well especially on waterline.
I have a large 20 x 40 rectangular pool and the 1 hour clean doesn't do a thorough clean on the bottom. However, the 2 hour clean leaves it spotless.
The debris tray is a cinch to remove and clean (much easier than my previous robot that had a bag that needed to be clean.
The cart is a must-have as it makes it much easier to move the robot.

I purchased my Dolphin Premium in 2017. This was my first pool robot and it completely changed my experience of pool ownership. I had become accustomed to the drudgery of frequent manual vacuuming and scrubbing down the sides of my pool, but I did not enjoy it at all. I decided to invest in a robot, and the Dolphin Premium exceed my expectations in most ways. It did an excellent job of cleaning the pool bottom in one cycle, sometimes two if the pool was excessively dirty. It scrubbed the sides like a champ. And it was easy to remove and clean. My disappointment arose when, after 4 years of excellent results, it completely died only 2 weeks into its 5th season. After making some enquiries, I got in contact with the Canadian Maytronics distributor, who was extremely responsive, resolving my issue for me very quickly. Maytronics has a loyal dealer base that supports the robots, in my case even after the warranty is finished. We love our Dolphin Premium Pool Cleaner!! It worked like a charm all summer long - it ran for 2 hour cycles at a time, saving us time standing and vacuuming. It picked up most things and climbed our pool walls effortlessly. The only challenge is the manual controls are not as responsive we had hoped, the track motion system (versus wheels) make it difficult to turn on demand.

Purchased the Dolphin Premium after much research. Ordered on Thursday and received early AM on Monday! Has everything I was looking from in a robot. Notable attributes are that it picks up the fine debris leaving my pool spotless! Also love the wifi capability which I am using pretty much every day. Give 4/5 stars for now. l will update after the season to see how this unit holds up but as of now I highly recommend this unit.

Blue-Tooth is not useful for me and I put the Caddy-Cart out with the trash the following week.

We have an inground salt water pool. It is 16' X 36' that ranges from 3' to 8 ' deep with stairs in one corner of the shallow end. After looking online and trying out a couple of our friend's different cleaners. We decided to spend a bit more and it has been worth every penny. We love this pool cleaner. Our deep end with other brands had issues going up the slope and then straight up to complete the wall. This baby has no issues at all. It goes along the top of the pool to clean and even does our wedding cake stairs without any problems. It does not do the top stair as the water is only 4" deep. Easy to clean out after and has the fine filters already included in the machine, instead of an after market add on. Love we can choose from one hour to three for cleaning and we uploaded the app to have it go over any missed areas once it was done its cycle. Though we have found that the more we use it, the better the clean as it gets to know our pool. We would totally recommend this pool cleaner.
